Hurricanes vs Panthers predictions

When you look at what the Carolina Hurricanes bring to the table, it’s hard not to have your eyes on Seth Jarvis as a difference-maker. This guy’s coming into Game 4 with a solid 32 goals under his belt, and we all know he's got the kind of nose for the net Carolina will need if they're hoping to extend the series. Sebastian Aho is another name you just can’t ignore—he’s been dishing out assists all season and leads the team with 74 points. My gut says Aho’s playmaking will be pivotal, especially if he can set up Jarvis for some high-quality scoring chances. But with Florida’s defense being as stingy as it is lately, the Hurricanes will need to get creative and probably take more risks than usual to break through.

Switching gears to the Panthers, Sam Reinhart is the guy everyone’s talking about right now—even if his day-to-day status adds a little question mark to his name. He’s had a monster season with 39 goals and 81 points, so if he’s out there, expect Florida to lean on him in clutch moments. Aleksander Barkov quietly leads the team in assists, and he’s got that steady veteran presence that can settle things down when the game gets wild. It’ll be interesting to see if Reinhart suits up at full strength, but even if he’s not 100%, Barkov and the supporting cast have shown they can step up and generate offense from pretty much anywhere in the lineup.

With the Panthers owning a 3-0 series lead and the odds sitting at FLA -175, it feels like momentum is all Florida’s right now—especially with the game on home ice at Amerant Bank Arena. Carolina can absolutely make things tough, but the way the Panthers have been closing games and finding contributions across the roster gives them the edge in my book. I’m thinking Florida comes out flying, keeps their foot on the gas, and punches their ticket to the next round with a series sweep. What do you think—does Carolina have one last push, or is this Florida’s night to celebrate?
